Since Target is right next to the Pediatrician's Office Mom and Dad took me in to get a few things. I'm a tiny boy and none of my clothes fit yet, so they got a few onesies and a couple of supplies. I loved the sound and the motion of the moving shopping cart. Daddy just drove me around while Mommy did the shopping.
From Mommy:
The second night home was defnitely more difficult than the first. Maybe it was just my attitude, but getting up every hour and a half to feed a cranky baby is not easy. The nurse at the hospital warned us that the first night at home can be pretty rough. I think I was determined to prove her wrong, so I set out that night to make the best of it. We went to bed early, had all the comforts I would need to successfully feed him, and had a positive attitude about making it through the night. And we did!
Well, last night we went to bed much later, Preston wanted to eat more often, and he was inconsolable inbetween feedings. He just did NOT want to be put down. But with each second the morning gets closer, and of course we made it through. We all slept in, and while the night was difficult, we're in good spirits this morning. Let hope it gets better from here.
