This weekend went by SO fast.  Yesterday, we went to Mema and Poppop Locker's house for the day.  I saw ALL of my Great Grandparents and met Great Great Uncle Bill, Second Cousin Sarah, and Great Aunt Nancy.  Geez, those names are SO long - Basically I met a lot of my extended family!  We were there all afternoon because Daddy likes to hang out with my Great Grandpa and teach him impossible things about the internet.  I'll probably be just like my Dad when I grow up, smart and a little bit nerdy, and ruggedly handsome!

Today we ran a lot of errands - the bank, the grocery store, Wegmans, and the Liquor Store.  Daddy has a special Valentine's Dinner planned for Mommy, so we had to pick up a lot of ingredient.  It was a Father-Son kind of day.  I hung out with Dad all morning so that Mom could sleep in, and the whole time we were running errands Dad kept me in the front pack baby carrier.  Mom and I get so see each other all day/week, so I like to spend some quality time with my Dad on the weekends.

Tomorrow is Valentine's Day, so in honor of that Mom and Dad took my 4 week photo on a Heart themed background.  Check it out in the album "Baby Week Montage."

From Mommy:

Here's a picture from tonight of all the great men in my life.  It just occurred to me that this house if off balance!  For the longest time we had two females: Carrie and Susie and two males: John and Jack.  Even when we had frogs in the mix we were still in balance with a male and female.  But Preston tipped the scale so that the males are now winning.  I guess that means we need to get another female kitten (wink wink).
I have 3 wonderful men in my life and I wouldn't change that for anything!

This week has me thinking about all the little things that have changed since Preston was born.  I have been out of conditioner for at least a week now.  Before Preston was born that would have been a MAJOR emergency requiring a special trip to the drug store.  Now, I sucked it up and wore my hair back most of the week.  Who knew I could live without conditioner?  I got some today while we were out grocery shopping, and the whole ordeal made me realize that I should get a haircut!

I LOVE this cute picture of the three Nedick boys! Very cute. How long did Jack last? Did he escape right after the picture was taken? He has that slightly annoyed look.

Actually, Preston was asleep for the photos, so this is the 3rd try picture. Jack was probably sharing John's lap for a good 10 minutes! I call that major progress! Wait until you hear the kitty story from today...
